Who We Are
Established in 2014, Metalane Fashion located in Jiaxing China. The city of Jiaxing has traditional advantages in garment industry.
Jiaxing, it close to China’s 2 biggest fabric textile town of Shaoxing and Shengze. We always can have get the most new fabrics at fastest time.
Jiaxing, it has most convenient transportation. One hour’s drive away from Shagnghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou, Shaoxing and other major cities.
We Metalane Fashion, so proud we are in Jiaxing city. In our factory, we have the most skilled sewing workers, good at with high required silk fabric and most complicated style design. Each piece is highly treated by every one of our worker.
Our team, have fabric and trim sourcing, pattern maker, specialized sample sewing makers, development team, production team.
We do each order mostly start by a sketch to final selling packing, do whole processing service for each of our brand customer.
The Order Operating
1st: We got your sample order to develop
2nd: We make the proto sample following your sample requests
3rd: We make the SMS or approval sample after got your comments for the proto
4th: Once got the bulk order, we make the PPS before start the order
5th: Before the bulk order, we will confirm with customer for the bulk fabric, trims’ quality and color.
6th: Do the bulk specs grading. Then, cutting, sewing, inspection, packing.
7th: Send the shipment sample to customer to checking.
8th: The final packing will as customer’s requests. Packed for final selling with labels, hangtags, barcode.
9th: After got the confirmation of shipment sample, we do the shipment booking, arrange the shipment.
10th: Send the customer the whole documents for receiving the goods.
Our cooperated customer now, mainly in Denmark, France, and most of the EU countries.
